I provide administration support on every level including onsite and remotely.

– Attend and take Minutes at Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings and Committee meetings

– Organising group meetings

– Document formatting

– Copy typing direct from hand written notes or hardcopy documents

– Diary management including organising meetings and appointments

– Making travel arrangements

– Liaising with suppliers and contractors

– Meeting and greeting visitors

– Organising documents and receipts

– Taking phone calls and enquiries and when appropriate, following up the requests

– Following up on debtors
